Manitoba RCMP say the death of a young girl is being treated as a homicide.
Peguis RCMP said they were contacted by Percy E. Moore Hospital in Hodgson, Manitoba after a 21-month-old girl was brought in “in medical distress” on July 17 by ambulance around 3 p.m. The girl died later that evening.
RCMP have made no arrests and have not released the name of the girl. No further details are available.
