Monday, August 4 — All Winnipeg Liquor Marts will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for cityplace which will be closed. Most Liquor Marts outside of Winnipeg will be operating on their regular Sunday schedule, except for Winkler, Carman and Steinbach which will be closed.
Many Manitoba Liquor Marts will be operating with extended hours today, Friday and Saturday.

Recycling/Garbage Collection
Recycling, garbage and yard waste will be collected as normally scheduled for those with Monday as a collection day.

All Leisure Centres will be closed on Monday, August 4.
Regular hours are in effect for Leisure Centres on Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3.
Swimming Pools
All City of Winnipeg indoor swimming pools will be closed on Monday, August 4.
All City of Winnipeg outdoor pools will be open Monday, August 4. Operating hours vary by pool. Weather permitting, wading pools and spray pads will also be open.
Libraries
All Winnipeg Public Libraries will be closed on Monday, August 4.
Animal Services Agency
Hours of operation for the Animal Services Agency during the August long weekend are as follows:
Friday, August 1 — 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, August 2 — 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, August 3 — 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday, August 4 — Closed
Cemeteries
Cemetery grounds at Brookside, St. Vital and Transcona Cemeteries will be open for visitation from dawn till dusk on Monday, August 4. Cemetery offices will be closed on Monday.
