Two men from Winnipeg are in hospital after the truck they were in rolled and caught fire early Tuesday morning.
The single-vehicle crash happened on Highway 6 about 10 km north of St. Laurent near Oak Point just before 4 a.m.
Manitoba RCMP say the southbound pickup truck hit the shoulder and rolled, where it landed in the west ditch and caught vehicle.
Both men, aged 24, were ejected from the vehicle. Neither of the two were wearing seatbelts and were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
It’s not known if alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash.
Police continue to investigate.
