UPDATE: Friday, August 15 — Both men were located and arrested, but released without charge. Police say after conducting interviews, the men were under the influence of drugs or intoxicated at the time. They had been attempting to conceal their drug use and drug paraphernalia when one man’s pants fell down as he was leaving the park.

Two men who allegedly exposed themselves to three children and their mother on Wednesday night are being sought by Winnipeg police.
The children, aged 5,7, and 9, were at a children’s playground in the 200 block of Varsity View Drive just before 8 p.m. when the incident occurred.
Police say the children were on the play structures when two unknown men began engaging them in a conversation. The suspects later walked away when one of them lowered his pants and exposed himself. Both men were then seen to be performing indecent acts.
The 36-year-old woman gathered her children and left the area. The men were last seen in an apartment complex parking lot near Laxdal Road and Roblin Boulevard.
The first suspect is described as Caucasian, 18-20 years of age, approximately 5’10” tall and 250 pounds. He had light brown, clean cut disheveled hair and was wearing a short-sleeve button shirt and knee-length patterned shorts.
The second man is described as having a darker complexion, about 18-20 years of age and approximately 5’8″ tall with a slim build. He had black collar-length hair and was wearing a dark top or hoodie with knee-length black shorts
