Two new promotional videos for the Canadian Museum for Human Rights are now airing on TV across Canada.
The 30-second spots are being run at no cost as public service announcements. Two previous spots began airing earlier this summer and have run an average of 950 times per week.
“The museum extends its appreciation to Canada’s broadcasters for their commitment in bringing news of the opening of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights to citizens across the country,” said CMHR president and CEO Stuart Murray. “Broadcasters’ enthusiastic embrace of our video campaign is helping build awareness of Canada’s new national museum from coast to coast to coast.”
All four video spots were produced by Winnipeg-based Lank/Beach Productions, which was selected following a national request for submissions over the winter.
The museum officially opens on September 20. A full weekend schedule of events and details on reserving tickets for free preview tours will be announced in late August.
