A 21-year-old man is facing charges after a hidden camera was found in a women’s washroom at MidTown Car Wash.
Winnipeg police were called to the 300 block of Gertrude Avenue on Tuesday, where officers met with an 18-year-old employee who said she found a cell phone actively recording her while concealed in a towel.
A fellow employee was arrested and has been charged with an indecent act, and failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking.
He was released on a promise to appear.
