Grandmother Reports Two Suspicious Men at River East Splash Pad

Winnipeg Police CrestWinnipeg police are investigating after a woman reported two suspicious men at the River East Splash Pad.

Police said the woman was with her two grandchildren on Wednesday, August 20 at around 4:20 p.m. when she noticed two men, one of whom was taking photos of the children with his cell phone. The men did not try to speak to anyone at the park.

Police are looking for a black man, 45, about 6′ tall with a muscular build and short black hair. He was wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt, dark pants and black flip flops.

The second man was Asian, 45, about 5’8″ tall, 165 pounds with shaved dark hair, wearing a light-coloured short sleeve shirt, dark pants, white runners and sunglasses.
