Two people were sent to hospital on Friday after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 16 east of Newdale, Manitoba.
RCMP say a northbound car on Highway 250 turned onto Highway 16 where it collided with an eastbound semi at around 2:30 p.m.
The 73-year-old Waskada man driving the car suffered serious injuries. His female passenger, also from Waskada, received minor injuries.
The 26-year-old Winkler man driving the semi wasn’t injured.
Police continue to investigate.
