St. Norbert Farmers' Market OnlineThe St. Norbert Farmers’ Market is now online.

Starting today, customers can order food directly from local Manitoba producers all-year round.

“It’s still a farmers’ market, but now you can place your order with the producer online, then meet them on site to pick up the order,” said Phil Veldhuis, chair of the SNFM online committee. “It will be quick and easy to shop local.”

Customers will meet with vendors on a bi-weekly basis to pick up their pre-ordered purchases at the market site, 3514 Pembina Highway. During the winter months, they will meet vendors across the road from the market at the Eagles Club, 3459 Pembina Highway.

Products available include meats, honey, preserves, eggs, seasonal vegetables, baked goods, and crafts. The number of vendors will continue to grow as winter approaches, market officials say.
