Manitoba’s vast diversity is on display this weekend with the annual Culture Days celebration.

Organizers held a launch under the canopy at The Forks on Friday, signalling the start of the three-day event taking place at venues across the province from September 26-28.

It’s the fifth annual Culture Days for Manitoba, with 340 free activities planned in total, including in many rural communities.

“For five years, Culture Days has given Canadians an opportunity to experience the artistic and cultural life of their communities,” said Shelly Glover, minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.

A list of adult and family-friendly activities surrounding the weekend can be found at MB.CultureDays.ca.
