A fire early Sunday morning in The Pas heavily damaged a school in the northern Manitoba community.
The fire at Mary Duncan School broke out at around 2 a.m.
RCMP say a large amount of smoke could be seen inside the school before fire crews were able to contain the blaze.
No injuries were reported and the fire is not considered to be suspicious.
A damage estimate wasn’t available.
