A Winnipeg man was pulled over and is facing charges after RCMP say he was impaired and driving erratically on Highway 2.
Police were called out at around 7:45 p.m. on Sunday to the area near Treherne, Manitoba.
The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Patrick Gavin, 30, has been charged with impaired driving of a motor vehicle, failing to comply with a demand made for the purpose of enabling a breath sample, resisting arrest and causing mischief under $5,000.
He was released on a promise to appear in Portage la Prairie court on November 17.
