RCMP are investigating the death of an infant on Red Sucker Lake First Nation.
Police say they received a report last Friday of a six-week-old infant unresponsive in bed. The child was taken to the local nursing station where he was pronounced deceased.
An autopsy is scheduled, but no foul play is suspected.
RCMP are continuing to investigate.
