Judy Wasylycia-Leis used a media opportunity on Tuesday to focus squarely on her main opponent, Brian Bowman.

The Winnipeg mayoral candidate said Bowman’s $1.2 billion in promises should be a concern for voters.

“Winnipeg can’t afford Brian Bowman’s inexperience,” said Judy. “He’s been asked throughout the campaign to cost his campaign promises but has steadfastly refused to do that.”

Wasylycia-Leis said her four commitments work out to be $290 million.

“Responsible leadership demands vision tempered with realistic, achievable goals that will not burden Winnipeggers.”
