Two teen boys are facing arson charges after a fire in a secure compound in the 700 block of Pembina Highway.
Winnipeg police responded to the area Sunday at around 8 p.m. after someone observed the teens damaging property and starting a fire.
Members of the canine unit tracked the suspects down in the 2300 block of Grant Avenue.
Damage estimates to the compound are pending.
A 13-year-old boy and 14-year-old boy have been charged with arson causing damage to property, possession of incendiary material, mischief under $5,000 and break and enter to commit arson.
Both were released on a promise to appear.
