The fall edition of the popular Downtown Farmers’ Market is returning on November 6 and 13.
The two-day market will assemble at Manitoba Hydro Place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. as vendors sell their wares. Items include everything from fresh produce to baked goods to giftware including handmade soaps, alpaca wool clothing, preserves, wood crafts and moccasins.
“Our goal is to help to create a unique destination for downtown residents, workers, students, and tourists and add vibrancy to our streets and walkways, and keep people’s spirits up as the weather gets cold,” said Stefano Grande, executive director of the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ.
