The Winnipeg Goldeyes will open their 2015 regular American Association season against the Grand Prairie AirHogs on the road.
The Fish will travel to Grand Prairie, Texas for a four-game set beginning May 21 after a series of exhibition games both at home and away.
The Goldeyes will then play the American Association Champion Wichita Wingnuts and expansion Joplin Blasters for three games each as part of the 11-game road trip.
Winnipeg fans will get their first chance to see the team on June 2 against the Sioux Falls Canaries, who visit Shaw Park for a three-game series.
“It’s always exciting to look ahead to a new season and I am sure our fans will once again appreciate the variety of opponents coming to Shaw Park this season, including the league’s newest team, the Joplin Blasters,” said Goldeyes general manager Andrew Collier.
The Goldeyes will wrap up their season with an 11-game homestand from August 28 to September 7.
The complete 2015 schedule is available on the Goldeyes’ website.
