A woman was sexually assaulted by an unknown man riding a bike downtown early Saturday morning.
Winnipeg police say the 48-year-old victim was in the area of St. Mary Avenue and Carlton Street at around 7:30 a.m. when she was assaulted in the lower body. The man was last seen riding a BMX-style bike westbound on Graham Avenue.
The victim was not injured in the assault.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, in his 20s, with a medium build, short hair, wearing a light coloured baseball cap, dark jacket and black hoody.
