Four more victims have been identified by Winnipeg police to have been defrauded by a romeo they met online.

Kevin James Alderton, 37, is already facing charges relating to two women police say he befriended through a dating website and then allegedly starting draining their bank accounts.

Police now say Alderton was responsible for defrauding four others. He was arrested again on Wednesday and remains in custody, charged with four counts of fraud under $5,000, four counts of using a forged document, use of a credit card and possession of a credit card.

Alderton was originally arrested on September 29 relating to the two original cases.
