Three people were injured and sent to hospital Friday afternoon after a crash on Highway 75 south of Winnipeg.
The crash between a pickup truck and semi-truck hauling large equipment happened at around 1:45 p.m. on Highway 75 at Provincial Road 7, about 3 km south of Highway 201.
Manitoba RCMP two people in the pickup were taken to a local hospital, while a third occupant was transported to Winnipeg. The extent of their injuries isn’t currently known. The driver of the semi wasn’t hurt.
A detour was in place for several hours, but police have since cleared the scene.
The investigation into the crash is continuing.
