Winnipeg police are looking for a man they say exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl in Transcona on Tuesday.
The teen was walking westbound on Victoria Ave East near Naskapi Crescent when an unknown man crossed the street in her direction. The suspect walked by the victim, at which time she observed him exposing himself.
The suspect turned around and was last seen walking eastbound on Victoria Avenue East.
The suspect is described as man in his late 20s to early 30s, 5’7” to 5’10” with a medium build and dark tanned skin. The suspect was wearing a black toque with a black scarf covering his face, blue skinny jeans, a red and black lumber jacket and brown shoes.
