Winnipeg police have laid charges against a man for alleged sexual assaults dating back 16 years.
Ronald Walter Peterson, 68, of Winnipeg was arrested on November 13 after a lengthy investigation.
Police say Peterson had contact with five male victims under the age of 16 between January 1998 and May 2014 while engaged in a professional capacity as well as socializing in a public setting.
He has been charged with five counts of sexual assault and sexual interference.
Peterson was released on a promise to appear.
