Tickets and passes are now on sale for the 15th annual Master Playwright Festival.
The Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre is presenting 19 different offerings ranging from stagings of Noel Coward’s plays, lectures and film screenings to original productions inspired by Coward’s works.
Included in the 2015 festival is Merlyn Productions, Echo Theatre, Theatre Incarnate/Snakeskin Jacket, Tara Players, Black Hole Theatre Company, zone41 theatre, R-G Productions, Helen White & Friends, Winnipeg Mennonite Theatre, The University of Winnipeg Department of Theatre and Film, Dramatic Theatre, The Talentless Lumps, impel/selardi, The Actors’ Fund of Canada, PAL Winnipeg, Westwood Collegiate, Pocket Frock Productions and the Winnipeg Public Library.
A “Cowardpass” is on sale for $85, which allows one admission to each production at a cost savings of 50 percent.
Passes can be purchased by calling the Royal MTC Box Office at (204) 942 6537 or in-person at 174 Market Avenue. Individual tickets start at $10 and are available for purchase through participating companies.
The Master Playwright Festival runs January 28 to February 15.
