Employees with MTS took an office break to head into the community this week and award $25,000 to five charities to help children and youth from across Manitoba.

Through the company’s annual employee giving campaign, and aligned with Future First — MTS’s community investment program, five organizations received an early Christmas gift.

Funds were distributed to Ronald McDonald House Manitoba, Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, Children’s Rehabilitation Foundation of Manitoba, Society for Manitobans with Disabilities, and Special Olympics Manitoba.

“Our employees really embrace the giving spirit of the season,” said MTS CEO Pierre Blouin. “MTS Future First is all about investing in the future of Manitoba, and these gifts will enable some amazing charities to help children across the province reach their full potential.”
