Winnipeg police are trying to track down the driver of a vehicle which struck a pedestrian on Friday evening.
The 21-year-old man was hit at around 6:44 p.m. near the intersection of Inkster Boulevard and McGregor Street. The vehicle fled the area before police could arrive.
The victim is in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police say the man was crossing Inkster northbound at McGregor when he was struck by the vehicle travelling westbound on Inkster Boulevard.
The suspect vehicle is described as a dark coloured pickup truck.
