Recycling and garbage collection resumes today in Winnipeg for residents with Thursday as their regularly scheduled collection day. Thursday collection was delayed one day due to the Christmas holiday. Residents with Friday as their regularly scheduled collection day will have their recycling and garbage carts emptied on Saturday, December 27.
There is no change to the schedule for residents who would have otherwise had collection December 29-31. Collection on Thursday, January 1 moves to Friday, January 2 and Friday’s collection moves to Saturday, January 3.
