Winnipeg police have made further arrests in the drug investigation surrounding the B-Side street gang.
Officers executed a search warrant on December 10 in the 600 block of McKenzie Street and took four people into custody.
In separate arrests, two men, aged 18 and 21, along with two women, 18 and 20, were released on promises to appear.
On December 29, a 19-year-old Winnipeg man was also arrested and is facing two charges of trafficking cocaine. He was released on a promise to appear.
Police then arrested three more people on January 3 and they remain in custody, facing numerous drug-related charges.
Charged are Fabian Bushie, 19, Brittany Lynn Laquette, 25, and Brendan Shane Murdock, 20, all from Winnipeg.
The investigation into the gang was first launched in mid-October 2014.
