A search warrant in the 800 block of Pritchard Avenue on Tuesday turned up a marijuana grow-op.
Winnipeg police seized 178 marijuana plants estimated to be worth $199,360, 48 grams of dry marijuana worth $490, and grow-op equipment worth $13,600.
A 61-year-old man from Surrey, BC is facing several drug-related charges. He was released on a promise to appear.
A 50-year-old woman was also arrested, but released without charge.
