Dauphin Man Charged After Making Contact with Children

RCMP Crest LogoA Dauphin man has been charged after breaching two court orders preventing him from having contact with children.

The 32-year-old was arrested January 9 for by RCMP and StreetReach for breaching two child exploitation and human trafficking act protection orders.

To protect the identity of the children involved, the man’s name isn’t being released.

He will appear in Dauphin court on February 3.

StreetReach is a jointly-operated program by law enforcement, the Manitoba government and several non-governmental organizations to identify and investigate child sexual exploitation in Manitoba.
