The death of a 21-year-old man from Garden Hill, Manitoba is being treated as a homicide.
RCMP were called to the local nursing station on February 7 at around 9:30 p.m. where the man was being treated for life-threatening injuries. He later died.
Multiple detachments are investigating, including the RCMP Winnipeg serious and major crimes units, and Brandon and Thompson forensic identification sections.
Island Lake RCMP also continue to investigate and won’t be releasing the name of the deceased at this time.
