The complete performer lineup for this year’s Manitoba Music On Ice has been announced, placing musicians near warming huts on the Red River Mutual Trail at The Forks to play acoustic sets.
On Sunday, February 15 from 1-4 p.m., homegrown talent will be belting out tunes to round out a day of festivities put on by Festival du Voyageur, including local bands, DJs, a fashion show and other family fun.
The lineup includes traditional Indigenous women singers Oogimah Ikwewok, roots singer/songwriter Jess Reimer, indie act Somebody Language, Francophone folk/soul/rocker Justin Lacroix, jazz trumpeter Simon Christie, roots/blues performer The Reverend Rambler, DJ Nathan Zahn and Chris Komus, Latin jazz duo Amber Epp & Victor Lopez, and indie singer/songwriter Adam Hanney.
