Ongoing construction at the RBC Convention Centre will force some road closures in the coming week.
On Tuesday, Carlton Street will be closed from the back lane north of Broadway to York Avenue to accommodate crane work. Pedestrian access on Carlton Street will be maintained. The closure will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Other dates to note:
- Wednesday, February 18 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Edmonton Street from Broadway to York Avenue will be closed to accommodate concrete pouring equipment. Pedestrian access on Edmonton Street will be maintained.
- Friday, February 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Edmonton Street from Broadway to York Avenue will be closed to accommodate concrete pouring equipment. Pedestrian access on Edmonton Street will be maintained.
Motorists are advised to allow for additional travel time or to use alternate routes in this area to reach their destinations.
