Man Charged After Armed Robbery on Manitoba First Nation

RCMP Crest LogoA man who allegedly robbed a store on Dakota Tipi First Nation Tuesday will appear in court today.

Manitoba RCMP say the Krazy Horse Convenience Store was held up at around 2:30 a.m. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Maurice Donald Pashe was arrested later in the day and faces several charges, including robbery with a weapon, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, disguise with intent, and breach of recognizance.

No one was injured in the robbery.

Pashe is scheduled to appear in Portage la Prairie court.
