A 52-year-old man died Friday night after the snowmobile he was operating hit a van.
RCMP say the crash happened at around 10 p.m. approximately 3 km north of Arborg, Manitoba at the intersection of Road 132N and PR 326.
The snowmobile was travelling westbound at the time when it hit the Dodge van heading south on PR 326.
The two people in the van weren’t injured.
Alcohol is not considered a factor, but weather may have been.
The deceased man’s name isn’t being released.
