A man from Sidney, Manitoba has been arrested after several vehicle thefts.
Police say 18-year-old Oswald Bunn was seen trying to a steal a vehicle in Carberry on March 12. He was unsuccessful and ended up making off in a stolen SUV, but abandoned it two blocks away from the scene of the attempted theft.
He then allegedly stole a truck on the same street and drove it to Sidney before driving to a residence in Brandon where he was arrested.
Police found the stolen SUV, including a cell phone, two knives, a handbag and stolen tools.
Bunn faces several charges and appeared in Brandon court last week.
