A Winnipeg-based advertising agency has been selected as one of Canada’s top small and medium employers for 2015.
Think Shift won the honour as part of Canada’s Top 100 Employers project by Mediacorp Canada Inc.
“We’re honoured to receive this recognition,” said Kristen Jones, Think Shift’s director of human relations. “As a company, we made a very specific decision to focus on our employees and to provide them opportunities that will help them intentionally realize their potential.”
The competition recognizes exceptional workplaces and forward-thinking human resource policies in private sector companies with fewer than 500 employees.
