Winnipeg police have arrested a man who they say exposed himself while waiting in line at a Tim Hortons in February.
The man — who was wearing yoga pants at the time — attended the 1600 block of Kenaston Boulevard on February 2 and allegedly exposed himself while waiting to be served.
Police released surveillance photos of the man in hopes of identifying him.
Staff didn’t notice the man was exposed and served him a coffee before he left the restaurant. Multiple customers then notified police of the incident.
Due to their ongoing investigation, officers arrested the 44-year-old on Tuesday in the area of Mandalay West. He is facing three counts of an indecent act and has been released on a promise to appear.
