WINNIPEG — Crescent Drive Golf Course is open for the season beginning today.

Golfers can make reservations online at DriveTheBall.com or by calling 311 or the clubhouse at (204) 986-5911.

Other golf courses are also opening, including:

· John Blumberg Golf Course, 4540 Portage Avenue, 27 holes

– Reserve online using the seven-day advance reservation system (beginning at 7 a.m.) at johnblumberggolfcourse.com, or contact the clubhouse directly for reservations at (204) 986-3490

· Winnipeg Canoe Club Golf Course, 50 Dunkirk Drive, 9 holes

– Reserve online at canoeclubgolfcourse.com, or contact the clubhouse directly for reservations at (204) 233-1105

· Harbour View Golf Course and Recreation Complex, 1867 Springfield Road, 9 holes

The city says golf tee times will vary according to overnight temperatures. To avoid frost damage, daily play will not be permitted until conditions are favourable.
