The Winnipeg Goldeyes have signed infielder Casio Grider for the 2015 season.
The 27-year-old is a former farmhand of the Los Angeles Dodgers. He appeared in 85 games in the Dodgers system last season, including five at Class AAA Albuquerque and 51 at Class AA Chattanooga. He batted .210 last season with six home runs and 21 RBI.
The Goldeyes also announced Friday that Brock Bond will retire from professional baseball.
Bond led the American Association with a .448 on-base percentage last season.
The Goldeyes have 27 players signed for the 2015 season, including 14 pitchers and 13 position players.
