WINNIPEG — The Forks is taking advantage of the city’s growing food truck offerings by transforming Israel Asper Way into “food truck alley” this summer.
Beginning May 1, food trucks licensed by The Forks will be serving food daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.The trucks will be positioned between Arrival Circle to Forks Market Road. The Forks has preselected 10 food trucks that will alternate throughout the season at four designated parking spots.
“People come to The Forks to experience unique food and now this will only enhance what we offer here,” said Andrea Clow, manager of leasing and development. “Each truck will bring something fresh to The Forks and offers our guests even more innovative and local flavours to choose from.”
The food trucks visitors can expect are:

- Healthy Eats
- Burgers R Us
- Little Bones Wings
- The Poutine King
- Habanero Sombrero
- The Bannock Factory
- Smokin’ Haut
- Fired Up!
- Pop Cart
- Hot Rod’s
The food trucks will remain until September 30.
