A 14-year-old girl walking in Winnipeg’s St. James area was sexually assaulted Saturday night.
Police say the teen was walking eastbound on Ness Avenue near Moray Street just before 11 p.m. when an unknown man inappropriately touched her.
The suspect is described as aboriginal in appearance, between the ages of 20-30, approximately 5’8″ tall, 200 lbs. with a medium build and short black hair. He was wearing a red and black jacket and dark coloured pants. The suspect was described as having a speech impediment.
