WINNIPEG — The coveted trophy of the FIFA Women’s World Cup will make a stop at Ronald McDonald House today.

The trophy is along a Coca-Cola-sponsored tour ahead of the tournament in June.

“Along with being an exciting celebration of the sporting event in Canada, it’s a great way for people who have never visited our organization, to see what we’re all about,” said Allison Kesler, CEO of the charity. “We welcome everyone to join us in celebrating the FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015 right here in our city.”

Fans can have their photo taken with the trophy and meet Shuéme, the official mascot of the tournament.

The trophy will be at Ronald McDonald House located at 566 Bannatyne Avenue between 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
