Winnipeg police have made an arrest in the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl in St. James.
The teen had been walking in the area of Ness Avenue near Moray Street on May 9 when she was inappropriately touched by an unknown man at around 11 p.m.
Police arrested a 20-year-old man on May 15 and have since charged him with sexual assault.
The man’s name hasn’t been released and he will appear in court at a later date.
