St. Vital Library, 6 Fermor Avenue (GOOGLE STREET VIEW)
The St. Vital Library at 6 Fermor Avenue will close on Wednesdays beginning May 27 to accommodate ongoing elevator construction.
To maintain services in the area, Louis Riel Library at 1168 Dakota Street — normally closed on Wednesdays — will open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Construction is expected to last until August, at which time hours will return to normal at both locations.
Revised hours for St. Vital Library and Louis Riel Library are as follows:
St. Vital Library
Mondays and Tuesdays: 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: Closed
Thursdays: 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Fridays: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: Closed
Louis Riel Library
Mondays and Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Fridays: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: Closed
