Jets Throwing NHL Draft Party at The Met

Winnipeg Jets LogoThe Winnipeg Jets are throwing a big ol’ party for the 2015 NHL Draft.

Mark Friday, June 26 on your calendar for the 53rd annual entry draft. Jets PA announcer Jay Richardson will host the festivities at the Metropolitan Entertainment Centre beginning at 7 p.m.

Winnipeg Jets Ben Chiarot and Michael Hutchinson will be in attendance to take part in the event. All fans present will be eligible to win numerous prizes throughout the evening.

Tickets for the Draft Party will go on sale Monday, June 8 at 10 a.m. for $30. Fans will receive a souvenir Winnipeg Jets collector draft party puck signed by Chiarot and Hutchinson. Tickets also include complimentary food and a beverage.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

The Jets currently hold two first-round picks at #17 and #25. Winnipeg also hold draft picks in the second, third, fourth, sixth and seventh rounds which will take place on Saturday June 27 at the draft.
