A man was stabbed early Sunday after confronting thieves breaking into his garage.
Winnipeg police say the assault occurred at around 4:15 a.m. in the 1300 block of Pritchard Avenue.
Police say the homeowner confronted two males and an altercation ensued. He was taken to hospital in stable condition.
