A man who allegedly stabbed another man last summer in Winnipeg has been arrested by Vancouver police.
The 19-year-old man was identified as a suspect in the June 4, 2014 assault in the 100 block of Osborne Street.
Winnipeg police issued an arrest warrant, but could not locate the suspect.
On June 2, David Michael Kyle Inman was arrested with help of the RCMP and Vancouver authorities. He has been charged with assault with a weapon.
Inman was returned to Winnipeg on Monday and remains in custody.
The 18-year-old who was stabbed suffered non-life threatening injuries in the upper body.
