RCMP Warn of Vehicle Thefts in Sandy Hook Area

RCMP Crest LogoGimli RCMP are warning property owners to protect their belongings with the busy summer season just ahead.

Police say over the weekend of May 28-30, several vehicles were rummaged through in the Sandy Hook, Manitoba area. Two vehicles were also stolen, but were later located by RCMP in the nearby vicinity. Police believe both thefts to be related.

Police remind residents to lock their doors to homes/cottages and vehicles to secure valuables inside.
