The Manitoba Soccer Association is moving to have its own specialty license plate for soccer lovers province-wide.

The MSA is circulating a form throughout the soccer community to see what the level of interest is in the plates. The design would include the slogan “Soccer For Life.”

“We are very hopeful that initiatives like this one will help to build on the soccer brand in the province and that it will inspire the soccer community to show their support by their commitment to this project,” said MSA executive director Hector Vergara.

“With the current Women’s World Cup in full swing we hope the enjoyment of the fans will be the spring board for their passion to be displayed via the licence plates on their vehicles.”
