The Red River Ex is on for another year and one thing is for sure — your head will be spinning with everything there is to do.
The annual midway and exhibition opened Friday at noon and promises new attractions, rides, and a packed entertainment lineup made up of Francesco Yates with special guest Scott Helman, Shawn Desmen, The Guess Who, Doc Walker, The Glorious Sons, Tebey with Keith and Renee and others.
“It’s the largest travelling midway in North America, so that’s the same one you see at the Calgary Stampede and all the big fairs in the U.S.,” said Red River Ex CEO Garth Rogerson.
New this year is the Gravity Jump, which makes its Canadian debut by having fair-goers jump off a 33-foot tower into a giant airbag below. Just try not to land on your feet if you want to avoid any sort of internal pain.
